What Patrimo keeps up to date for you

Four sections, and no more: the ones you reopen every month when you own or manage a handful of properties.

  • Several countries, several currencies

    Every property carries its country and its currency, euro or CFA franc. Totals stay separate, currency by currency: nothing is converted behind your back.

  • Rent, month by month

    One grid per property and one across them all: what came in, what is missing, and since when. Rent reviews follow the lease rather than a frozen amount.

  • Loans and what is still owed

    Instalment, insurance, rate, term: the schedule is recomputed from each outstanding balance you record, early repayments included.

  • Documents and photos, filed with the property

    Deed, surveys, insurance policy, expense receipts, site photos: every item stays attached to the property it belongs to.
Euro and CFA franc

Two currencies, never mixed

A portfolio split between Europe and Central Africa does not boil down to a single total. Patrimo keeps each currency's books apart, and only shows a euro equivalent as an indication.

The peg has been fixed since 1999 — 655.957 CFA francs to 1 € — so the conversion shown is never a market estimate. The amounts you enter stay in their own currency.
